Release 0.4


Well, yesterday I had quite a few ideas about missions, and scenes so this update ended up adding quite a lot of stuff to the game, plus a few tweaks here and there, but no layout redesign.

The new way Missions are structured,  how this affects Credits/Experience plus the Heat mechanics looks pretty good to me, on paper. Testing will probably show me wrong, I guess XD. 

One thing I'm not very happy about, is the glossary: Demeanor and Origin seem not appropriate to the role they cover, as does Trauma.

Demeanor is VERY off-mark. The way the game is set up to work with Glitch, this should be the fundamental dark side of the character that the neurotic life in the setting can bring to the surface.

Weakness? Persona? Shadow? Impulse? Psychosis? Latent? Core? 

I like Core, but it means reducing characters to their worse part, and Latent Psychosis is a mouthful.

Origin is no good either. This is meant to represent a character's background and profession.

Profession sounds like something on a resume, and background is not enough.

Chops? Archetype? 

Trauma is very likely going to be changed into Wounds in to the next pass, as Trauma makes me think of psychological trauma more than physical damage.

And then there is Hacking and Cyberware. 

I guess I should add in more Implants, but I'm not sure I want some specific rules for Hacking, though I feel that at least some basic notions on how it is expected to work are in order.

I feel like about 80-90% of the writing is done, I expect most of the work from now on to be graphic design/art and testing/fixing.
